Obama's administration has finally decided not yo stop drone attacks in Pakistan territory and gave control of drone operations against terrorists to Pentagon. Obama pledged a larger scale transparency on counter terrorism programs that are already very much controversial.
Obama will deliver a speech on Thursday at NDU in DC that will narrate the tools used by defence as counter terrorism specially the drones attacks. However it is not yet cleat that he will announce this program in same speech or later.
According yo Reuters, some US government officials told them about the decision made upon shifting of drone attacks from CIA to Pentagon. Some of their sources also told that it may also occur in stages. Another debate on drone topic is under discussion is weather to shift drone operations to military, and according to Reuters sources it has been under discussion from last few weeks.
