Ordinance to Review Possibility of Importing Electricity from Neighboring Countries

Pakistan's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif led a high-level committee to resolve the energy crisis and the measures being reviewed. Friday, official statement released after the meeting said the committee to increase the power output and the search for alternative sources of energy principle to decide what concrete steps could be taken.

Pakistan Federal budget ready to present


For future payments of pensions during the year shall be Rs 155 billion in the current fiscal year for this purpose were allocated 141 billion rupees.
Pakistan of the new fiscal year 2013-14, the federal budget is being presented on Wednesday.

Bill Gates Proposal to Imran Khan on Polio Eradication in KPK

Renowned American Business man Bill Gates has written letter to Imran Khan and sought his cooperation for eradicating polio from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). Gates letter to PTI chairman Imran Khan focused on polio vaccination program in KPK to lift the fact of high rate of polio patients.

Pervaiz Khattak Nominated as KPK Chief Minister

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) nominated Pervaiz Khattak as Chief minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and in a recent development he has been elected as CM KPK. He has been elected after the voting in provincial assembly by newly elected MPA's.

MQM boycott NA-250 re-polls elections

Muttahida Quami Moverment (MQM) announced that they will boycott re-polls ok NA-250 Karachi. There was allegation of rigging and after the videos came on air, election commission announced re-elections in NA 250. But soon after this announcement MQM refused to participate in this election.
In a press conference MQM leader Raza Haroon said party would not participate and stand in boycott against this re-election process. According to him there was a strong retaliation from Talibans and they were threatening MQM in participating in elections. He also added that this is clear attempt to snatch MQM's mandate.
Previously MQM leader Altaf hussain also warned election commission not to announce any re-election, however election commission took firm step and announced re-election after watching videos of rigging. This time elections may be conducted under Pakistan Army security.

Raja Pervez Asharaf's name in Exit Control List

Former Prime Minister Pervez Asharaf's name included in ECL. National Accountability Bureau NAB summoned him in Rental Power Project. Former PM is allegedly involved in RPP corruption.
Immigration officer around the country has been notified about the descision of including former PM name in ECL. NAB summoned him and called him for questioning and thorough investigation in RPP case. 
It is worth mentioning here that apex court of Pakistan already issued arrest warrant of former PM but he escaped allegation by denying arrest.

PMLN wins Election

Pakistan Muslim League wins election with clear majority whereas Pakistan justice movement won clear majority in KPK province. PMLN nominated Nawaz Sharif as next Prime minister of Pakistan and suggested Shahbaz Sharif to continue Chief Minister's position.
Ishaq Dar is more likely to become Economy minister and present upcoming budget. There are so many voices that are producing voices against rigging in elections. MQM also got majority sears in Karachi and some parts of Sindh province but PPP is more likely to form government in Sindh.
